Kristen and I have submitted to the apartment manager (or assistant manager, as she has supposedly been retitled since the owner has been living on site) thirty-day notice of our intent to vacate the premises—well before the expiration of the sixty days the new owner gave us—owing to the countless inconveniences, disturbances, and eyesores the latter has inflicted upon us since her arrival as well as the recent hostile environment she and her physically violent construction thug have created. This is also, of course, considerably sooner than Kristen and I are likely to have moved were it not for the arrival of the most unpleasant new owner, but we wish to be rid of her tyranny as soon as feasible.
