Please Note: My personal journal is now fully independent of my main personal Web site, but I am still working on some things such as my new page designs and many improvements to PageDrive, my software that runs my journal site. Two weeks and two days ago, I learned that I might have a son who is nearly two years old. Six days ago, I met this potential son of mine with his mother in Sacramento, where the three of us submitted DNA samples for testing. Late this afternoon, I learned via telephone that according to the test results, he is indeed my son. Official printed documentation of the test results should follow soon.
I have had a lot of feelings about this situation—both positive and negative, due to the facts that I was lied to and denied the opportunity to know or even know about my son before now—but now that I know I am a father, I am looking forward to learning about being a dad.
