Please Note: My personal journal is now fully independent of my main personal Web site, but I am still working on some things such as my new page designs and many improvements to PageDrive, my software that runs my journal site. If you encounter any technical problems, please either just try again a while later or let me know.
Although I was initially annoyed by a problematic installation of Adobe Flex Builder 3 under Windows, I have since installed it under Mac OS X with greater success. I have also watched quite a few instructional videos to help me get to know the Flex 3 framework and—to a lesser extent—Flex Builder 3. I even built some rough applications using FlashDevelop and the Flex 3 framework.
I have recently found myself wanting to get better acquainted with Flex Builder 3 since it is Adobe's official IDE for developing software with the Flex framework. I must say that having had both a smooth installation of Flex Builder 3 on Mac OS X and good experiences with the Flex 3 framework has significantly improved my outlook toward working with Flex Builder. With functional Flex applications ready to be extended and Flex Builder ready to go on my MacBook's main operating system, I am actually excited to discover what I can accomplish with Flex Builder.
